| The next movie of Lars von Trier will be called "Antichrist" a dark drama horror about a couple mourning the loss of their child retreat to a cabin in the woods, where they soon encounter strange, terrifying occurrences And looking at the first picture, I'm very intrigued The main actor is Willem Dafoe and the main actress is Charlotte Gainsbourg the movie will be presented at the Cannes Festival this year

| Charlotte Gainsbourg who will present the Césars Awards this week in Paris has been interviewed by French magazine "Madame Figaro ". Here's what she says about Antichrist: - Quote :
- You've finished Antichrist directed by LvT. What can you say about it?
It begins by a tragedy, a couple who lost their child. The husband wants his wife to follow a therapy and isolates her in a shed in the middle of the forest. Then it continues like a horror movie. I was so confident that I accepted everything. The film is not well-educated at all. Everything is extreme, almost gore, alomost pornographic. We've shooted many sex scenes and I was forgetting my body shame... I had no more barrier! I've the feeling that i've participated in a masterclass... I didn't see the finished film yet, therefore i don't know what it will looks like: it's in the same time worrying and exciting. Even more intrigued I am

| Dafoe + Gainsbourg + Horror + Porn + von Trier....
who knows, maybe in ten years explicit porn in movies will reach the mainstream, like the porn producers thought back around ~1970... that will set some new standards fir actors

| I must say I find the trailer really impressive. Especially Charlotte Gainsbourg, it seems to be a very different role for her than what she's done before. It looks very promissing! | |

| The movie is THE scandal of Cannes, very controversal Charlotte Gainsbourg has even been called out loud a dirty slut during the premiere Clearly not for all taste, but surelly for mine And from what I understood, there are a lot of humour touches very particular to Trier's humour (similar to his series "The kingdom") the problem is that most journalists really didn't get it and thought it was not on purpose (bad journalism, clearly if you know the director, you should recognise that! if you dont know his past work, then clearly you shouldn't be a movie journalist, please let me be one ). They insisted in a press conference that he explains why he made such a sexual and dark movie, that it was only to shock... Lars von Trier replied that he was the best director in the world and that he didn't have to justify himself to them Anyway, this seems to be a love or hate movie. Some People coming out of the cinema totally discussed and some said it was magnificient Can't wait | |

| His words are out of context. If you watch this video, he said that he is the best director in the world but looks he was joking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1SPz5Z_6ewYou have reason about bad journalism and others are jealous of him. I will wait to watch the movie and then I will express my opinion, but if Charlotte Gainsbourg won the prize I think that it wonīt be so bad... | |
