| For a while now I question the structure of the forum, so let's talk about it, I'm interested to see your opinion and it's also a good way to test the voting functionality which haven't been tried yet So at the moment, the structure of the forum is based mainly by genre, there are some good things about having it that way: it is less a mess and makes it easy to search if we like one particular genre. But it creates large amounts of different forums/categories so it can be anowing. Some movies are also difficult to classify in one genre only We could also change it by grouping the movies by countries or region and indicate in the title more info with the genre.... But that would mean more admin work to educate people to do so I think there should be a total seperate part for docu and another one for shorts But I'm questionning more the grouping of our movie reviews/critics It should be clear, but easy to search and with less sections Anyway, here is a little vote, let me know your ideas Edit: I could have added to the answers "Figure it out yourself" but knowing the sense of humour of some of you, it would have ruined it O, and if you reply "Do something totally different" please explain what you have in mind | |

| I voted keep it by genre, but group some of them... It's nice to have some overview and grouping per genre is a LOT clearer than by country or region, because if you do the latter (country/region sorting), you won't know what to expect of a movie, or at least to a lesser degree. I like the new layout better because the frontpage isn't so long anymore, which made things a bit to opaque. So, I'd say, maybe regroup some genres (combine Scifi and Fantasy, for instance, or Action and Adventure) and leave it be for a month or so, so everyone can get as used as they were to the "old" layout...and then evaluate again... Anyway, way to go! | |

| Where's the "I don't care just keep the forum running" option? :p Anyway, I could give a really long explanation as to how and why I'd motivate my choice, but pornologic said it all, so no point in saying the same shit twice now is there? | |

| To be frank, these new "no new post" icons are really terrible. | |

| The normal ones were worse I think, but will look for nicer ones Edit: or we can also make some I want to replace all of them cause the normal ones are ugly too I think, at least I really dont like them We can also have some for each genre... | |

| I have made some changes today:- I have deleted the streaming part, some topic were double because of this part so I think it is no use. Please just indicate in the title if it is streaming, but they should fall under the other categories - New separate part only for Documentaries (Cinema and TV together) - New seperate part for shorts (streaming or not) and grouped by genre (which is much better I think) - Movies festival and events part has been moved to movie news- New Category has been created called Whatever, this includes Movie links/web sites, Trailers and Teasers, Chat (which was called Whatever before), and Torrents and coHope you like it better this way Next, I will regroup some of the genres... | |
