I have a complaint about the ranks, people are meant to earn ranks, not get one after every single post they send.

At the beginning, they change a lot yes, then they stabilize a bit
The more posts you make, the more ranking you get

If you have ideas on how to improve it or do it differently, we are open to suggestions

There is the Ideas Box you can use if you have ideas
